PIMS provides a framework for measuring the extent to which DFID’s projects and programmes are being targeted on key policy areas. The marker set (68 kb) is focused on the Millennium Development Goals.

The PIMS section describes the system in more detail and contains details of DFID’s 2003/04 commitments by the means by which they address poverty elimination in poorer countries (Table 19) (Poverty Aim Marker) (60 kb) and (Table 20) individual markers. (108 kb)
