Kano Water project
Terms of reference / project description for DFID’s work on water in Kano state. Also any background studies or evaluations of this project.
The Kano water project is one of the activities on the State and Local Government Reform Programme (SLGP). The draft Terms of Reference for the Management and Technical Support to Wudil Water Unit and Planning and Design of Wudil Water Region Integrated Water Supply Programme and an update briefing on the project for the Secretary of State drafted on 16 December 2005 are available on the web links below.
DFID has not yet carried out any evaluations as the project is still in progress.
We have assisted the Kano State Government to produce a report on water supply and a draft is currently being reviewed by the State Government.
