In October 2012 DFID took part in the Civil Service wide People Survey.
The report details DFID’s results for 2012 and the change since 2011.
The overall response rate for DFID was 89 per cent. The average employee engagement index for the civil service was 58 per cent. In DFID the index is 13 points higher, at 71 per cent, this is 1 per cent higher than 2011.
In line with other government departments DFID is publishing its results.
