Penal Reform International has regional offices and programmes in the Middle East and North Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the South Caucasus. PRI is an international non-governmental organisation working on penal and criminal justice reform worldwide. Projects include the promotion of alternatives to imprisonment and justice for children and vulnerable groups of prisoners.
A three year Programme Partnership Arrangement has been agreed with PRI with an initial investment of £1,081,377 for 2011-12.
