Oxfam is an international confederation of 15 organisations working in more than 90 countries worldwide to enable people to exercise their rights and manage their own lives.
A three year Programme Partnership Arrangement has been agreed with Oxfam GB with an initial investment of £11,171,035 for 2011-12 (£9,611,367 for the general PPA and £1,559,668 for the Conflict, Security and Humanitarian PPA).
