Care International UK works to create lasting change in poor communities. In 2011 they worked in 84 countries, supporting 1015 poverty-fighting projects that reached more than 122 million people. Projects include the provision of clean water and health services; disaster response; strengthening people’s ability to influence decision-makers or demand their rights; and influencing national and international policy makers.
A three year Programme Partnership Arrangement has been agreed with Care International UK with an initial investment of £3,233,268 for 2011-12.
