Improving market access and enhancing the ability of resource-poor women farmers to diversify their links with markets, resulting in improved incomes and an overall economic development for 1,800 women heads of households and 11,700 dependent children living in three districts in Northern Uganda.

Getting more girls in to school by changing community attitudes towards the importance of education for girls, raising awareness in schools and communities using Maasai forms of communication, and piloting evening classes in 3 villages, benefitting 9,700 children in 15 targeted villages in Tanzania.
