The DFID Supplier Portal is the online database that holds all information and financial details for individuals and organisations who supply DFID with goods or services and to whom DFID makes payments. It is the only means of access to compete for live tenders above the EU threshold. Complete tendering is electronic and failure to register will prohibit suppliers from being considered for future opportunities.
You simply log on to track the progress of your invoices and payments
To register with the DFID Portal you must create a username and password. Once you have set this up you can build your company profile.
For full details on how to register and complete your company profile, please refer to the step by step Guidance and Frequently Asked Questions on this page.
If you have any queries or feedback relating to the DFID Supplier Portal, please complete the feedback/support form and email it to Query-DFIDPortal@dfid.gov.uk
Please remember to provide your supplier identification number in your email if you know it.
Suppliers should be aware of their responsibilities under the Bribery Act 2010. Full guidance is provided at the Minister of Justice website.
Please ensure that you read and will be compliant with the guidance when considering providing services to DFID.
