The Global Development Network (GDNet) invites researchers and organizations from developing and transition countries to submit research proposals, completed research papers and proposals for scaling-up development projects.

Competition Themes: 

1. The Interactive Economy and Urban Development
2. Urban Externalities (Contagious Disease, Congestion and Crime) and Urban Poverty
3. The Enabling Environment – Housing, Transportation and Infrastructure
