Five month old Mohamed Kamara from Sierra Leone is getting his pneumonia jab. In Sierra Leone, children across the country are getting vaccinated against this killer disease. For the price of a cup of coffee a child can be immunised against five of the major childhood killers, including hepatitis B, diphtheria and tetanus.

UK aid working with the GAVI Alliance has already helped to vaccinate more than 55 million children worldwide and save over a million lives. We’ve just pledged to help save 4 million more.
