International School Award

Activities from your Global School Partnership project contribute to your International School Award

About the International School Award (ISA)

The International School Award (ISA) is an accreditation scheme which recognises good practice in schools that successfully add an international dimension to their school curriculum.

Schools participating in a Global School Partnerships project can use these activities to support their application for an International School Award as long as they have a global dimension within their curriculum.

The award is open to all schools (nursery to sixth form), free of charge. There are three different categories and if successful, schools can use the relevant ISA logo on press releases, publications, website – any promotional activity.

Many schools have gone on to achieve accreditation with the International School Award as a result of their work through Global School Partnership projects.

"Their 'International School Award’… has had a very positive impact on developing pupils' awareness of the cultures of other countries, while still promoting an understanding of their own culture." ISA accredited Primary School - Ofsted Report
