• Commonwealth Scholarship Commission - a Non Departmental Public Body which awards scholarships and fellowships to Commonwealth citizens who wish to study in the UK.

• Millennium Development Goals - DFID works towards achieving the Millennium Development Goals, which were agreed at the UN Millennium Summit in 2000

DFID has Partnership Programme Arrangements with a variety of civil society organisations who share our ethos and vision. We also supply funding to organisations through our funding opportunties, and details of the recipients of these funds are given under each scheme.
